Over twenty years ago, Nantucket Baking Company set out to do one thing well: bake honest, beautiful food for the neighborhood. What started as a small operation in Grand Rapids' Heritage Hill has grown into something bigger. Our Fuller Avenue location now serves as our main bakery and production hub, while our original Lyon Street shop continues to be a beloved part of the Heritage Hill community.

We draw on old-world baking traditions while using only the finest ingredients, including all-organic grains, because we believe the best baked goods are ones made with care. Every loaf, pastry, and cake that leaves our kitchen is handmade, and we think you can taste the difference.
